RouteGenie NEMT software

RouteGenie names 29 payers and brokers it connects with. Its Growth plan starts at $50 per vehicle monthly, and it sends 837P and CMS-1500 claims.

Price
The Growth plan costs $50 per vehicle each month, and broker integrations, auto-dispatch and passenger apps cost extra. The Pro plan runs $750 a month for 15 vehicles, with $50 for each vehicle beyond that, and broker integrations plus auto-dispatch are included. (RouteGenie pricing)
Claims for Medicaid and insurance
Medicaid and health plans get both claim types from RouteGenie itself: 837P files sent electronically and CMS-1500 forms on paper. Brokers get invoices.

RouteGenie price at 5, 15 and 40 vehicles

VehiclesA monthA year
5$250$3,000
15$750$9,000
40$2,000$24,000

RouteGenie's Growth plan, at $50 a vehicle, is the basis for these numbers, and add-ons aren't included. Since Growth bills auto-dispatch and broker integrations as add-ons, a fleet doing broker trips should also price Pro, which charges $750 a month and includes 15 vehicles. Ask RouteGenie to confirm.

Fleets RouteGenie suits

It suits a fleet that bills health plans and Medicaid directly and gets trips from several brokers, especially with at least 15 vehicles on Pro.

The $50 base doesn't cover everything, because Growth prices broker integrations and auto-dispatch separately, and many fleets need both.
