NEMT insurance requirements
Minimum insurance limits are set by NEMT brokers and by state Medicaid programs. In its Missouri network, MTM wants $2 million for each of general and auto liability. Vehicles that carry up to 15 passengers need $1.5 million in liability under North Carolina Medicaid.
