A single email lets you tell NEMT Compare that it must not sell or share your personal information. You can send it whenever you want.

What the law calls selling and sharing

We hand your details to the vendors or agents that the form names whenever a demo or insurance request comes from you, and they may pay us. Some state privacy laws treat that hand-over as selling or sharing your data.

Your opt-out

Send a message to office@nemtcompare.com. Use the subject "Do not sell or share" and include the email address you gave on our forms. Your details stop going to anyone else within 15 working days, and you'll get an email to confirm. The businesses that got your earlier requests still hold them, and you can go to those businesses directly to ask for deletion as well.

Global Privacy Control

No tracking cookies are set by our site. When your browser adds a Global Privacy Control signal to a form you submit, we treat the signal as your opt-out for that same request.
