Privacy notice

This notice sets out the details NEMT Compare collects, why we keep them, who receives them and the requests you can make about them. Crestview Ventures Inc. runs NEMT Compare.

What we collect

What you enter on a request form: your name, company, work email, fleet size, broker, billing answers, phone if you add it, the platforms you pick and any note.
Typical server logs: which page you asked for, at what time, your browser type plus your IP address. We keep these so the site can run and stay protected.
Any answers you give our calculators stay inside your own browser (local storage). That's how the page remembers them. We don't get them unless you send a form.

We don't use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics scripts from other companies.

Where your request is sent

The software vendors shown beside the send button receive demo requests.
Insurance requests reach licensed agents or insurance carriers.

NEMT Compare acts as a lead generator, so vendors and agents may pay us for the requests they receive. Your details are shared only with businesses the form names or describes, and with the service providers that host the site and store our requests.

The privacy rights you have

Privacy laws in California (CCPA as updated by CPRA), Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah and Texas give residents rights over personal information. So do similar laws in other states. You can ask us to:

to list what personal information we keep about you and who received it;
fix it or delete it;
to stop any sale or sharing of your information (see Do not sell or share);
hear an appeal if we say no to a request.

You can send any request to office@nemtcompare.com. You'll get an answer within 45 days, and using a right never changes how we treat you. With your written permission, an authorised agent may ask on your behalf.

How long we keep your details

We keep requests just long enough to send them along and deal with any questions, then delete them. For security, server logs stay on file for a short while.

Children

This site is aimed at businesses. If you're under «16», we don't knowingly collect your information.
