How we compare NEMT software
Each price, feature, broker name and claim format in our tables is taken from the vendor's own site, its app store listing, or a page the broker itself controls, and we save the source page with each fact.
The sources behind each fact
We go through each vendor's pricing, product and help pages, plus its driver app's official App Store and Google Play listings. "Yes" only appears for a feature when the vendor's own page confirms it. Every fact comes from those pages, never from a competitor's list or a review site.
How a price is worked out
Each vendor's published price goes with that vendor's own rule: a tier table, per vehicle, per active vehicle, or a monthly fee with a charge per trip. That rule takes your fleet size, plus your monthly trips when a vendor charges per trip, and nothing more. A "from" label marks each starting price. Quote-based vendors sit in a separate table showing what their pages do state.
Our checking schedule
Every month we check prices and app ratings. Broker lists and features get checked whenever a vendor updates its pages. Right now, we're tracking 16 platforms.
How vendors pay us
If you ask a vendor for a demo using our forms, that vendor may pay us. No vendor can buy a spot in the table, change any value, or show up among the software finder's three. Your answers plus the published facts are all the finder ranks on: billing first, brokers named next, then price at your fleet.
