Using NEMT Compare, or sending any of its request forms, means you agree to these terms. Crestview Ventures Inc. runs NEMT Compare.

The data behind our comparisons

Vendors change the prices, features and ratings, which are taken from their own pages and app store listings. The published rule plus what you enter drive the monthly figures. What you actually pay is set in the contract you sign with a vendor. You get the details as they are. We can't be held responsible for any vendor's service or terms.

Forms for requests

A demo or insurance request from you says you may share the details and want those named businesses to get in touch. Those businesses may pay NEMT Compare, which works as a lead generator. Software and insurance are two things we do not sell. Nor are we party to any deal you strike with them.

We inform, we don't advise

Nothing here should be read as advice on legal, billing, insurance or tax matters. For any billing code or insurance rule shown, the source is the program or broker named beside it.

Using the site fairly

You may print the pages, share them and read them. Bulk copying of data tables, scraping the site and false requests are all off limits.

Trademarks and names

The names of products and companies belong to their owners, and we use them only for identification. NEMT Compare is not endorsed by any vendor.

Updates and governing law
